1. The service

InkMagnet generates ebooks with the help of AI: it researches your topic, writes the content, designs a cover and compiles a PDF and an EPUB file. The service is provided through app.inkmagnet.com after creating an account.

2. Payments

Each book is paid once, at the price shown before payment, depending on the selected page range. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because generation starts immediately and produces personalized digital content, the purchase is non-refundable once generation has started, except where consumer law provides otherwise. If generation fails for technical reasons and we cannot fix it, we refund the book.

3. Your content and rights

You own the books you generate, including full commercial rights. You are responsible for the topics and instructions you provide and for how you use the resulting books. AI-generated content can contain errors — review your book before publishing or selling it.

4. Acceptable use

• No generating content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
• No account sharing or automated mass account creation.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected book, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the application. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
